ORDERING
- How do I order from Summer Pots Florist?
Please follow the steps below:
• Go to www.summerpots.com.my/store.
• Enter the product you want to search in the search bar.
• Click on a product in the search results to find out more about the product. On each product page, you can see the product size. Please choose on the size, then click on “add to cart”.
• If your shopping cart contents are correct, please Click on “checkout” to proceed.
• For existing customer, please key in your Email address and password to log in. For new customer, you are required to provide us all your contact details. Click on submit to proceed further.
• On Step 1 of 3- Delivery information page, please kindly check the shipping cost. Once you are happy with the shipping cost, please click on continue checkout.
• On Step 2 of 3- Payment Information page, please kindly check your billing address. If you would like to change the billing address, please click on “change address”. Furthermore, if you wish to make special instruction or order comments, please kindly input your instruction in a given box below.
• Under the payment method section, click on the drop down menu to choose the payment method.
• Click on “continue checkout” to proceed.
• On step 3 of 3- Order Confirmation Page, please check your billing/ payment information and delivery/ shipping information. Click “Edit” if you wish to change the information. Next, please double check the contents in your shopping cart. Once everything is correct, please click on “ confirm the order”
- How many items can I order?
You can order as many items as you wish but they will all have to be delivered to one recipient. To order for a few different people, you will have make the orders separately.
- I have a special request - can that be arranged?
Yes, we will try to fulfill all special requests to the best of our ability. For simple requests like changing the color of the flower from say, red to white, just put it down in the special instructions of the order form and we will try to accommodate the request subject to the availability of the color. However, for more complicated requests, such as arrangements to your specifications, please contact us to find out if it would be possible.
- How much in advance can I place my orders?
Typically, our customers do order a few days or 1 week in advance but we do accept orders made even earlier than that. Please note that flowers on special days, such as Valentine's day, cost higher than normal, hence normal prices do not apply here.
- How do I know that Summer Pots has process my order?
All online order will be process 3 times a day 11pm, 3pm & 5pm. All order will receive a confirmation message from us. If you don't hear from us within 12 hours. Please call us or email us. For an urgent order, call for an immediate confirmation.
- Will I be getting what I ordered from Summer Pots Florist?
Flowers and items shown are subjected to availability, Summer Pots Florist reserves the right to substitute flowers and items of equal or greater value if flowers and items are unavailable at the time of ordering.

- How can I pay for my purchases?
Currently, we accept online payment via the following credit and charge card.
- Can I purchase flowers if I do not have a credit card?
We accept payment via Maybank2U.

- Is the credit card payment system secure?
Yes, it is. Our website uses the Secure Socket Layer(SSL) technology for encrypting and sending your credit card details. The system protects your credit card details from being intercepted and used fraudently while the information is in transit over the net.
DELIVERY
- What are the delivery charges like?
Please refer to our delivery areas.
- How soon can my orders be delivered?
Orders received before 12 noon(GMT +8.00), can be delivered the same day.
Orders received after 12 noon(GMT +8.00), requesting for same day delivery will be delivered the next working day.
Orders received after 12 noon(GMT +8.00) on Saturdays will be delivered on the next working day.
Although we can do same day deliveries, we would appreciate advance orders.
