What is the payment option available.

We accept online & offline payment method. You can pay online using credit & debit card during the cart checkout .

We also accept cash & cheque. Cash payment must be made at our shop.

I have problem placing order online.

You may download our manual Order Form, complete the order form email to or whatsapp your order details to +6012 238 6519.

How do I know that my order has been delivered

You can login to your account & click on the order history menu. All you order history and order status will be shown here.

Is there any charges for Re-arrange Delivery

For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders; a surcharge of RM20 is applicable.

If re-delivery is made on the next working day, we shall, at our discretion replace all perishable items, such as flowers, fruits , cakes and more. These replacements shall be charged as appropriately. Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.

Do you provide photo before delivery

Yes, we do based on request only. Kindly put on special remarks for your request.
Once we've attached the photos to your invoice:
Open your email confirmation, click print invoice, then download official invoice,
you can view photos at the bottom of the page.
